Pepe Rosso 24 opened its doors on july 2010, the name Pepe Rosso 24 (red pepper) wants to reflect a fresh and clean approach to a restaurant that delivers good food, and good pizza in a relaxing and unpretentious setting, Pepe Rosso 24 is owned by Michael T and Massimo G, Michael hauls from the island of Capri and his background is strictly the one of a restaurateur Massimo is originally from Benevento a town in the center of Campania with excellent food tradition, Massimo grew up surrounded by a family of passionate people that love to cook and entertain, Pepe Rosso 24 is famous for their thin crust brick oven style pizza that translate into a 16 inch thin and crisp crust crowned with fresh San Marzano sauce and fresh mozzarella, sprinkled with fresh basil, others gourmet version of this pizza are available. Pepe Rosso 24 stands out when it comes to prepare the traditional staple dishes that you may find in most Italian restaurant, nobody make a francese sauce like Pepe Rosso 24, no marsala sauce can be compared to the one prepared here, all the parmigiana style dishes are executed to perfection.
